Welcome to www.techflexmobility.com (the "Site"), operated by TechFlex Mobility Solutions ("TechFlex", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, submitting a service request, or engaging our technicians, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
TechFlex provides professional diagnostic evaluations, white glove delivery, repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility-based DME support across select U.S. states. All services are performed by trained and insured technicians, using OEM-certified parts whenever available.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a full-service charge.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 15 days.
Pricing follows our standardized rate structure (available upon request).
Mileage is billed round-trip from the closest available technician, minus the first 10 miles, at $0.67/mile.
All invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TechFlex reserves the right to apply a 1.5% monthly late fee on unpaid balances after 30 days.
4. Warranty & Parts
New OEM parts installed by TechFlex are covered under a 30-day labor warranty and any applicable manufacturer warranties.
All parts are subject to availability. If unavailable, TechFlex may use functionally equivalent alternatives with client consent.
Diagnostic-only visits include no warranty unless a follow-up repair is completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and clear access to equipment at the time of service.
Any unreported hazards, including the presence of pets, clutter, stairs, or facility access restrictions, may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
For facility deliveries, a qualified representative must be present to sign off on service completion.
6. Liability Limitations
TechFlex is not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or delays caused by third-party part suppliers.
In no event shall TechFlex’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
By using our services, you agree not to hold TechFlex responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
7. HIPAA & Confidentiality
TechFlex is HIPAA compliant. All personal health information (PHI) collected in the course of service is handled confidentially and used only to support the safe operation, repair, or delivery of mobility and medical equipment.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content from the Site is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date noted above.
